Guide to the product sheets

Sheet 1The brochure compares compact permanent-magnet pumps with conventional pumps. It highlights quiet operation, stainless-steel outlets, adjustable pressure at the pump or on a phone, easier installation and stable pressure at multiple outlets.

Sheet 2The documents shown include a utility model patent, design patent, German trademark registration and quality inspection report.

Sheet 3SOFAR Mini Box permanent-magnet variable-speed booster. The brochure highlights low noise, phone control and efficient operation.

Sheet 4Front grille and housing detail of the Mini Box.

Sheet 5Six features of the Pilotage Series include quiet water-cooled operation, real-time phone monitoring, a compact housing, an efficient permanent-magnet motor, consistent pressure at multiple outlets and dry-run protection. The operating-cost example is based on SOFAR laboratory conditions.

Sheet 6The diagram shows applications in high-rise flats, older properties and split-level homes. SOFAR illustrates a 35 m model for shower heads and smart toilets that need stronger pressure.

Sheet 7Examples of demand include overhead showers, smart toilets and peak household water use.

Sheet 8Tap and shower photographs compare water flow before and after the booster is installed.

Sheet 9The before-and-after flow comparison continues with the shower spray.

Sheet 10A variable-speed booster spreads pressure across open outlets, helping several people use water at once. The diagram compares a conventional installation, where pressure falls at distant taps, with a constant-pressure system.

Sheet 11The outlet comparison shows more consistent pressure at the end of the pipe with the SOFAR booster.

Sheet 12Use the phone mini-program to check pump status, change pressure and other settings, and see fault alerts.

Sheet 13The permanent-magnet motor and adaptive drive adjust output within the pump’s operating range as demand changes. SOFAR reports a 30% energy saving and illustrates a power range of 100–580 W.

Sheet 14The canned, water-cooled motor is designed to reduce noise.

Sheet 15For hot and cold water up to 80 °C. The brochure instructs users to enable frost protection manually in the SOFAR control mini-program below 1 °C, including where overnight temperatures fall below freezing.

Sheet 16A water-cooled canned motor dissipates heat without a cooling fan. SOFAR illustrates a sound level of 45 dB.

Sheet 17SOFAR laboratory comparison of a whisper at 25 dB, the pump at 45 dB, normal conversation at 55 dB and a car horn at 75 dB.

Sheet 18Water-contact components are made from food-contact grade 304 stainless steel.

Sheet 19The LED panel shows current, start and target pressure in bar, and displays fault codes. Intelligent mode adapts supply to demand. Manual mode runs at full output. The plus, power and minus keys adjust the settings. Indicators show faults, pump operation and Bluetooth connection.

Sheet 20Base of the pump and control-panel photograph.

Sheet 21The controller stops the pump when it detects a water shortage and recalls the previous pressure setting after a power interruption. Protection covers overvoltage, undervoltage, locked rotor, dry running, high temperature and phase loss.

Sheet 22Continuation of the protection features illustration.

Sheet 23The original China retail offer lists a two-year warranty, lifetime after-sales support, seven-day price protection, individual support, return-shipping insurance, VAT invoices, paid installation in 95% of areas and a three-instalment interest-free option.

Sheet 24For boosting, the compact unit uses variable-speed pressure control and can be adjusted by phone. For circulation, manual mode offers five power levels to match pipe length and the area served.

Sheet 25Select the circulation power level to suit the size of the loop. Phone control and constant-pressure operation are available for household boosting.

Sheet 26The diagram identifies the outlet, vent and inlet. Controls include plus, minus, power and mode selection. Indicators show live pressure or temperature, operation, faults and Bluetooth status.

Sheet 27The four illustrated Mini Box models measure 226 × 123 × 166 mm. Maximum data by model are as follows. 2-30 uses 100–400 W, with 30 m head, 3.6 t/h and DN25. 3-35 uses 100–580 W, with 35 m, 5.5 t/h and DN25. 3-20H uses 100–400 W, with 20 m, 5 t/h and DN32. 5-25H uses 100–700 W, with 25 m, 8 t/h and DN32.

Sheet 28The curves show head in metres against flow in m³/h for the 2-30, 3-35, 3-20H and 5-25H models listed on the sheet.

Sheet 29Product photographs show the blue and green Mini Box housings.

Sheet 30Detail of the Mini Box base and casing.
